Why does the dashboard show Dark Web Monitoring with a "Set Up" button to the right??? It is already active. Why is there a Set Up button??? when i click it , i go to the area that shows that Dark Web Monitoring is active. It used to say "Active" on the dashboard there. Strange. What is going on here?
Also sometimes the dashboard doesnt even show the Dark Web Monitoring. I have already uninstalled and installed this product so I have had enough of that. This shouldnt have this many issues.
I like the new dashboard, but i do go to the other Classic screen when i need to do a full scan or check other areas. The fewer clicks the better. Not a fan of things hidden or having to do multiple clicks to get somewhere. Click Security, then Scans, then Full System Scan. Rather have it in one click. I prefer efficient processes.
Anyway, today, my dashboard is not showing the Dark Web Monitoring again. lol
***Update: After I clicked "Open" next to device security and then came back to the main dash , it did show the Dark Web Monitoring as Active. Not sure why this is so inconsistent and unreliable. I do not sign out by the way. This needs to be fixed. Wasted time uninstalling and installing already and when i told them that sometimes it shows after I open another screen they acted like it was not true, but it is true. It just isnt a polished product at this point and needs work. Gave them enough feedback. did my job.
My preference is Classic View. Just me.
Nice. Yes, that is how mine is now. Last night, DWM was missing and then another time last night , it had the "Set Up" button there to the right. Strange behavior. Hiccups i guess.

Yes. That photo is an example of the missing Dark Web Monitoring in the front-fashing dashboard. I actually did the uninstall and reinstall to fix it and then last night it was showing there , but with that "Set Up" button... and now it is there and says "Active". lol I guess it is okay now. Norton, please improve this. Thx.

Yeah so when i would go in there, it would say Dark Web Monitoring is Active, like i said before, but it wasnt on that front facing dashboard.
Now it is saying Active on that first dashboard (the one that comes up when you double click the icon). It is weird. Seems to be different a lot of the time. Need this thing stabilized. Keeps changing on me.

But that picture you dropped there, that always says Active for me.
