Dark Web Password

I received a Norton / LifeLock notification that MY user name and an associated password was found on the Dark Web.  Although they freely attached MY FULL user name, they hid a large portion of the password.

When I called to learn the associated password I was told they couldn't tell ME, even I was the verified Norton / LifeLock account holder.

I am deeply disappointed in this service!  Norton KNOWS the full password but I AM NOT ALLOWWED TO KNOW what password is on the Dark Web?

If you are able to see the information in the alerts, you do not need a verification code. The first time I tried to read the information in an alert, some information was masked. That is when I was prompted to request the code. After I received the code and entered it into the Norton site, the information was available to me. And subsequent logins no longer required verification on my email.
