Data connectivity issue - downloading to mobile

Hi, I've been trying to download my Norton to a mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy 2) - sent the email link but when I click on the download link it comes up with a message saying that there is a "data connectivity issue" and there isn't a secure connection and that the page is unavailable. I've tried signing in and downloading it that way but the same thing happens.

I'm using my wifi which is secure so don't know why this happening any ideas?

I downloaded it to another mobile for my partner a few weeks ago and that worked perfectly.

Any ideas?

Just use the Google Play Store app on the phone. Search for Norton Security and Antivirus. Install it on your phone. Then tap on the 3 bars at the top left of the app, then tap on Sign In and sign into your Norton Account.
