@bjm I haven’t received the new experience, I have a partnered version (Norton 360 with Telus). But it’s not necessarily just for me, remember, these are for my customers. If my customers (the ones that use my Software) receive a virus alert, I get in trouble. Does it make sense now? My reputation on the line.

Your scenario/report always made sense, to me (even if don’t understand ##).
I’ve heard similar reports from developers…since always.
Data Protector has been trouble for some…since always.
I’m not able to ping Norton engineers.
@SoulAsylum tried to ping Admin.
~ we knock - no answer - it’s frustrating ~
I mention 24.8 hoping it’ll bring us a better experience.

Does Telus Online Security use Norton support?
@bjm How exactly would they help me when it’s a product flaw? Why exactly are you asking? Think they would be able to change the code/app? I don’t think so either.

Just thinking out-loud…how to get your concerns in-front of Norton or Telus or whomever…eyes. v24.x may not come to Telus for awhile. So, you n’ yours are with v22.x for the duration.
@bjm I appreciate the extra thoughts and wanting to help. We can just wait for now for a reply from the developer who was pinged.

@SoulAsylum hey, thanks for checking up man. Unfortunately no, they haven’t contacted me yet.
@CyRaid Following up again with the thread and issue to ask have you had any contact from Norton? Engineering has the issue. Conversely. The release of Norton version 24.xx and builds hasn’t been a smooth transition for Norton. More likely than not Norton is overwhelmed at the heels. Please let us know your status for follow-up. We are doing our best to get this some attention and possible resolution for you.
