Let me first explain what happened...i brought a NMS from a super mart...it was a old product (had a copyright of year 2011)..i followed the download instruction and downloaded NMS from www.norton.com/nms (the file name was NMS_102.apk) and inserted my activation code ( it was only 10 digit long...
unlike 25 in newer product..) the subscription got activated (365 days)..,UI was outdated and after running a live update it advised me to install newer version from play store..
after installing latest version it displayed "Data transfer error" when ever i tried to open it..,after complaining on google play store they advised me to remove the older 102.apk app to proceed further...the newer app opened instantly but in licence information it's showing only 30 days instead of 365..,..(i am able to use the premium feature of app)....2 days have passed since..but the licence information is displaying 30 days left only (confused (@_@) ).....i tried to contact Norton at NMS_feedback@symantec.com but have received no feedback
...i am really confused now...what to do...please some one help..
