Deactivating a key from dump machine and Reactivate it for new machine

a) Problem installating/activating license

I bought 3 user pack Norton 360.  I had dump my old machine and purchase a new one. However, I notice that the license key are all used up.

Please advise how may I reactivate the key for my new machine as the old one was gone.

 

b) I could not use the Live Chat option

After I click the continue .. run the msi software given in followup prompt ... it yeilds a list of "empty parameter error ".

Try redo the same whole thing again.. the same issue occurs.

I am using WinXP, IE 6

Contact norton from the two other machines via your account and use Operating system  id to have them remove the old machine  activation. I believe there is an additional activation fee. Ps try the norton beta 5.0 free download.

I see you use IE6 on the machine. I would suggest you to update to a newer and much more safer browser. If you need IE6 for work, or you would not like to install IE7 or IE8, than you should download Firefox.
