We have decommissioned the Ukraine server for Norton Secure VPN for the time being. You will be routed to the next closest region when you are connected through the Auto-Select Region.
You can also manually select the region you want Norton Secure VPN to connect to. To manually select the region from the Norton Secure VPN app, follow the steps below:

Open Norton Secure VPN.

Tap the location icon at the bottom of the screen.

In the Regions screen, select the geographic region you want from the list.
