DeepSight Community list has not been updated lately

DeepSight Community list has not been updated since Jan 24th 2014.  How do I re-enable this?

Yes, Norton needs to fix this FAST! because when this list is "outdated" it is NOT used to prevent intrusions as the pop-up states inside the Firewall section for deepsight. NOW these "rogue" IPs can infiltrate your machine(since os x firewall is disabled by Norton)

 

This is NOT! a minor issue it is a "vital" part of the overall protection provided by the program.
