Verizon Galaxy S 4 with lollipop (5.0.1) using default messaging app with Norton Family installed renders the Messaging App to show "No Messages".
After a reboot of the phone, the default messaging application works, but after some time and SMS messages, the default app shows "No Messages".
Removing Norton Family allows the default messaging application to work as designed and no longer see the "No Messages" in the application. Also, disabling Messaging Monitoring from the Norton Family rules also allows the default messaging application to work.
