Default settings for Full System Scan

I was wondering if someone could post the default settings for "full system scan" in the configure menu in 360 V6?

 

Recently I've been noticing that my HDD is constantly working very hard when my system is in an idle state and my laptop would never go into standby mode no matter whatever I tried.  I've always suspected it was my Norton 360 which was the culprit.  Finally I realized that a full system scan is what is always running in the background, and it is not ever completing.  Under Settings => Antivirus => Scans and Risks => Full System Scan => configure +, the setting was set to "run at specfic time interval" "only at idle time" was checked and "prevent standby" was also checked.  Once I changed it to "scan daily" and unchecked "only at idle time" my HDD stopped running so so hard.  I would like to try to reset the Scan interval back to what it was by default and uncheck "only at idle time" and "prevent standby" to see if this would work best for me.  Thanks.

The default settings for the Full System Scan are -

  • Run at a specific interval  -  30 Days
  • Only at idle
  • Only on AC power
  • Prevent Stanby
  • After scan completion - Stay On.
