1st time Posting on Forum,
I did a Live Update 12 days ago for Norton 360 Version 5 for my XP2002 but the Norton 2011 Virus Definitions failed to complete (ERROR: 8920,204).
I followed the prompts (twice) but this failed to rectify it. Norton suggested to try this forum but I haven't found any postings particular to my problem.
My computer seems to be running normal but I'm worried I'm not fully protected.
Could someone advise me how to fix this problem?

If running Live Update many times can not fix your problem, try this out:
1. Open Settings and go to Antivirus Settings
2. Find Smart Update, and turn it on (or off if it is on)
3. Save setting
4. Run Live Update manually again, it will download a larger definition set (~70-80MB for Smart defs, and ~100-120MB for full sets)
5. After this leave prodcut this way, and check how the program will work
Will the updates work after this normally, or do you get the issue again?
