I just have 17 days left in using Norton Security, my problem is that a few months ago after a update from Microsoft, Norton stopped working completely, so I have to delete the program and use Microsoft Security Essentials. My biggest issue is the Norton was used to defrag my laptop and since Norton was not working, I can't change the settings. I can't defrag my computer. Can anybody help???
