I've been using N360 for almost a decade now. I believe in that time, in-between different computers, it actually went through with defrag once. What on Earth is the point of me wasting 20 min by initiating it manually, even when prompted by a performance warning, only to see it return "Disk fragmentation is at 11%/14%/7%? Okay.... how about make that 0%? No? Is there an override for this, within the program (no point paying for this if the solution is to use the free Win software or 3rd party).
