Deja vu?

Hello!

In May this year ,Norton Internet security was reporting some (false positive) malware on my sites. Despite the annoyance (remember, is NOT the developer's problem when the software is reported as false positive), I registered, verified the ownership of my sites and submitted the report. After 2 days the answer came back. The sites were clear and the 2 files there were marked as OK.

Last week, I received some mails from my users informing me about the same problem again. I logged in here, and to my surprise, the **same files** were once again reported as malware. The files have not been updated and the file signature is the same.

When I try to go to my pages (after I logged in) I get a message than "My profile" doesn't exist...

My question is: Will I need to resubmit the same files over and over again until I'm 64 , once a month? Or should I just give a **** about Norton and write a note in my site telling this story to my user and redirecting them to some other Antimalware vendor to re-check my files there?

I think the second option is the right one. Not that Symantec cares anyway (I have a history with them). Just a honest question. What do I need to do?
