The NMS portal at https://mobilesecurity.norton.com/en/Product/Dashboard allows me to select a registered Android / mobile device, see a list of contacts backups, and delete them one by one. I was finally able to do an Android phone contacts backup using this method after getting an indication that storage was full. However, I see lots of contact backups on the Norton phone app for devices that I no longer have and are no longer registered with Norton. Therefore, I cannot pick these old devices on the NMS Portal to see the old backups so I can delete them. How can one delete these contact backups for devices no longer in use or registered with Norton?
