Delete files in Sandbox Folder on Root Drive?

The program itself seems to have installed to the proper directory. But remnants of the installation process were placed in the Norton Sandbox folder on the root drive.
I tried to delete the files in that folder as there is no need for them to be there. I am unable to do so as my PC is telling me I don’t have sufficient privileges.

Please try temporarily disabling Product Tamper Protection…and then try Delete.
