Help File Says:
To remove a file
Log on to Norton Online Backup.
The Norton Online Backup home page lists all the computers that are available on your Norton Online Backup account.
On the home page, click File Actions that corresponds to the picture icon of a computer, and then select Purge Files.
The Purge Files page appears.
Under FOLDERS, navigate to the folder that contains the files that you want to purge.
The folder structure represents the same folder structure as on your computer.
Do one of the following:
To purge a specific file, under FILES, check the file that you want to purge.
To purge all files, click SELECT ALL.
Click PURGE NOW.
But when I go online and I can see all computers that are backing up and I click on "File Actions", all I can choose are "Download a File" and "E-mail File Links". So, explain how I am to delete these files/computers? I even tried to delete the files using N360 "Manage Backup Sets --> Where --> Delete Files". I "deleted" all files, and there should be 0 GB of data on the server ... yet it says my 27GB has 0 GB left.... I should have 27GB of space left.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
