Recently I read the excellent post “Ghost Image Backup vs File and Folder Backup”. I’ve decided I no longer need to do Folder Backups. I need the space on my external drive. I have been accumulating the files for more than a year—594 GB.
Question: How can I reclaim the 594 GB for Ghost Image Backups? I know Ghost 15 has a facility for deleting files. I have deleted a few using that procedure. But, it takes forever and establishes them on my PC hard drive where I must delete them again. Can I use Windows Explorer to delete the Folder Backups without screwing up Ghost 15 or the integrity of my Ghost Image Backups?
