I have 3 PC's on my account. 2 of the PC's no longer exist and I have bought new ones to replace them. Can someone please tell me how I delete the old ones then add the new ones?

Please tell us if you have Norton Management installed on your system (if you are up to date you probably do). On the main Page of N 360 thre shold be a MANAGE Widget - click on it and you will see a new screen that if you are logged in, will have a yellow Manage Devices to click on . If not logged in - log in using your Norton Account email and password and this button will display.
A new page will evenetually open labeled HOME. It will list your system that you can manage. Select the My Account tab and you will see your systems listed that you are using your licenses for. Fine the two you'd like to remove the license from and then click on the Trash Can behind them. This shoudl remove the license from those and then you should be able to go to each of your new computers. Log into www.nortonaccount.com and select the Yellow download button in order to download, install and Activate the Norton product on your new system. Do the same for both of your new systems.
I do not recall how long it takes for the number of Available licenses to be changed in your Norton Account - nor do I remember if a reboot is necessary or not to update the Norton Account.
