How in the world does one easily delete backups that are stored online? It appears you can do that from My Computer; right-clicking on the Norton Back Up; clicking delete. Explorer becomes non-responsive, though.
Any other methods?
I have two sets online that actually belong to my old computer. Space is limited, and I've already restored what I needed to my new system. There's really not enough room left for an online backup for my new computer.

That would work with Norton Online Backup, which I use on my laptop with NIS. I should have mentioned that I use, on my desktop PC, 360 PREMIUM, which comes with its own 25GB of backup space. I can see those backups using your link, but there is no option to purge files.

HI richfed
I guess the best step, since you are dealing with old backups, is to contact Customer Support here

I have contacted support, and I guess it was me being too impatient. What I was trying was correct and apparently it is normal for Windows Explorer to become non-responsive during the process. Here is the E-mail, detailing the steps:
To help you delete the entire backed up files from your online storage with easy steps, I have provided the instructions below:
1. Open "My Computer" or "Computer", Open "Norton Backup Drive".
2. Open "Backups on Secured online storage".
3. Right click on the backup set which you want to purge.
4. Click on Delete.
(Note: Explorer window will not be responding during this progress. This process may take some time based on the speed of the Internet connection and size of the files stored)
