I removed an old copy of Norton Antivirus Corporate that was installed by a tech for a lady. He did not remember the password, but I was able to remove the software using the Norton Removal tool, along with deleting all vestiges of folders and files relating to the software. (I was attempting to install a new copy of Norton Internet Security 2009.) I now have ALL software removed, but cannot delete the Quarantine folder, even using the Removal tool in Safe Mode. I would like to re-install the NIS software for her, but still can't remove this folder, and have no idea what, if anything is in it. Is there a way to force remove this folder so we can start fresh with the new install? Of course we do not have a copy of the old software! HELP!
