I have Norton 360, it can't work like that

Let us know the version of Norton 360 you use. For Norton 360 V4, go to Manage Backup settings, you can find the option to Delete Backup Set in Summary tab and Delete Backedup Files under Where tab. Select the location as Online Storage, and you can then use any of the above options to delete the previous files.
Thanks, but this solution does not work since, probably, the backups were created on a previous PC
Im having the exact same problem, would appreciate some help
Hi All,
I would suggest to contact the Customer support for deleting the old backups from online storage.
Here is the link for support.http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/contact.jsp?pvid=cs

Thank you, but I did that several times without any result [Removed] A supervisor had to call me but I never received any call. And the assistance on chat does not do anything to delete the backups.
Nest Regards

Also, still having the same issue as Alias.
Support remotely accessed my PC ( has never been the same since ), and tried to delete the files. Guess what, they couldn't do it.
So I am now having to back up to HDD, I have deleted my original Back Up Set, but Norton Still shows 32 Gigs of online storage full.
Everytime I try to delete even the smallest file ( 1Kb ) explorer just hangs up, as does 360 if I try from there.
I only need to use around 12 gigs, and am not going to buy any more, as suggested to me by Norton staff.
I have emailed Tony Weiss to ask for the data to be removed from Nortons end only to recieve this response, sending me full circle
Surely, Someone can help with this problem ?

I have the same problem. And I've no wish to get into another 3-4 hour support session. Maybe Symantec could read this thread and come up with a solution???
Just to recap: We are unable to delete the information stored in the online storage.
Symantec ? Any solution ???? We are at least 3 with the same problem !
Hello All
If you can send me the following, via private message, I can have your requests completed:
1. The email address you use to login to your Norton account.
2. Specifically what you wish to have removed: i.e. all or a specific data set. If it is a specific data set what is the exact name?
Note: Once we perform this purge it is a permanent action. You will not be able to restore once your request has been completed.
