Deletion of old products from Norton Account

Over the years I keep buying new versions of Norton products and they are just left as expired in my Norton Account?

Why cant I delete them myself

Ive got 5 products that have expired in my Norton Account now that I wont be renewing because I have bought later versions and I am sick of seeing the old stuff in my account now - please can someone tell me how to delete them?

Or who should I contact

I am sure I'm not the only one with this problem

Hi Amazon,

I don't think that you can remove the products registered under the Norton Account even by contacting the Customer Services. A Norton Account stores your product key on a Symantec server. If you reinstall your program and have lost your product key, you can use your Norton Account get your product key. I don't think that you can remove any information regarding the registered products from the Norton Account eventhough those are already expired. Whatever information that gets stored in this Norton Account will be permanent. But that does not mean that you will be renewed for each and every product(even expired ones) listed there. The renewal will take place only for the products you have enabled Auto-Renewal or for those products for which you purchase subscription renewal manually. Once you log-in to your Norton Account, you can see what are the product for which Auto-Renewal is enabled and how much days of subscription is remaining.

If you still want to store the information of the current product only, try to contact Symantec Customer Services for registering the product under different email address of your's and remove the previous account.(I am not sure even that is possible, but you can have a try):smileywink: You will be able to find only one product(current product) under the newly created Norton Account when you register it in a different email address.

Create a new email address and change(transfer) your Norton Account to that email address by contacting the Customer Services. So, there won't be any Norton Account for your current/old email address and you can register any Norton product under using your old email address afterwards. You may need to create a new Norton Account for the current old email address again.
