Not sure if Norton is doing this, or another program. One of my banking sites has been having my card numbers deleted. What is he setting in Norton that I could review to provide the actions I prefer?
Thank you for any suggestions

Thank you for the reply.
Sorry for the confusion, you are correct, it is only the card number that is being deleted. For possibly the same reason, the CNN news coverage preference is always being asked every time I reboot.
The version number is 18.5.0.125. I operate Windows 7, 64 bit.
I don't believe it has anything to do with an online form being filled out, the site is a Canadian banking site, one of two I use, and it is the only one that loses the card numbers.
The passwords are NEVER memorized on my computer, or do I get asked to memorize them.
Thank you again
Hi Doug,
My apologies, I am still having trouble understanding the exact nature of the issue. What exactly does card number being deleted mean? You go to a banking website and something happens. Is this when you try to log in? Does this mean you are filling out your card number (user name I presume?) manually and then the entry in the box gets deleted or what?
You also mentioned you are being requetsted for your CNN news coverage preference. What does this mean? Identity Safe stores username / password information for websites and also (if desired) information to fill out online forms.
I'm having trouble correlating the problem you are describing to this feature.
You said passwords are not getting remembered on your computer. Does this mean that when you log into a website and fill out the login information that Norton is not prompting you if you want to save the login information?
In general let's check a few options in NIS. Go to Settings > Web Settings > Identity Safe and make sure it is ON. Login prompt should also be ON. Click the configure button next to Identity Safe Options. You should have the top two options checked along with "let me view my cards with each page visit". Make sure your Country/Region are also correct.
If you click the Configure button next to Manage Logins, do you have anything stored there? What about Manage Cards?
Best wishes.
Allen
