Dell PC Tuneup does not recognize Norton 360 as providing antivirus in Windows 7

I have Windows 7 and Norton 360 version 4.1.0.32.  Dell PC Tuneup displays the warning that there is no antivirus or antispyware program installed.  I have turned off spyware monitoring in Dell PC Tuneup to eliminate the warning, but wonder why there is a warning at all if Norton 360 is installed.  Has anyone noticed this problem and know why it appears? Thanks.  James

I have 32 bit windows 7. I didn't receive the warning message with my old version of Norton 360. The reason I changed from the old version was that I received the message that it was not compatible with Windows 7.  This present version is advertised as compatible with Windows 7.   James

I have had N360 v4 and v3.8 on my Win7 system; it is fully compatible with the Windows Security Center and Action Center.  That being said, it does not imply that all third party monitoring applications will report that everything else is fully compatible.

Thank you for your replies.  It seems to me that all functions of  Norton 360 are working correctly on my system, but for some reason Dell PC Tuneup is not recognizing the program.  I believe that failure is a bug in the Tuneup program. James
