​Je voudrai et demande que norton safe mail reprenne en charge les adresse mail chez wanadoo fr et orange fr qui fonctionnait tres bien en 2025 et jusqu’a debut 2026 ou il n’a plus ete accepter d’un seul coup sans raison la prise en charge de ma messagerie et du coup je ne peut plus etre proteger mon adresse mail principal pour etre proteger de nouvelle menace gerer par ia ou ai par norton safe mail etc…. etant en abonnement prenium norton je ne profite plus de toute les possibilité de mon norton pour la protection et demande a norton et re demander l’autorisation a orange pour l’access a ma messagerie pour norton safe mail sachant ce qui bloque est le protocole strict que orange utilise sur leur messagerie et imap et c’est urgent que norton safe mail reprenne en charge en adresse de messagerie principal et c’est extrement urgent

Thank you for your reply. To clarify, this setup was working perfectly until early 2026. The issue seems to stem from the strict IMAP security protocols enforced by Orange. Since I am a Premium subscriber, I am disappointed that this integration is no longer supported without notice. Is there any way for Norton to adapt to these security requirements, as many users rely on this service for their primary email addresses?

Good question for the Norton team as I am not a Norton employee. The linked article didn’t give a time frame for re-intergration which suggests Norton most likely isn’t going to bother with it anytime soon. Lets tag a Norton Admin for something concrete.

Why can’t I set up Norton Safe Email with Orange Email Provider?

The limitation in the Orange Mailbox prevents the setup of Norton Safe Email.
After the email providers resolve the issue, you can set up Norton Safe Email to work with your email account.
It is possible Orange.fr will be supported again in the future, but there’s no timeline for that.
