    Somewhere near every 10 - 15 minutes I get locked out of my machine for about 1 minute, this disc acess LED is on continuously - VERY ANNOYING!  I am getting ready to uninstall Norton Security Suite.  I have no idea what processes are running (cannot turn on Task Manager).  I am experiencing a periodic DENIAL OF SERVICE.

     

    Has anyone had an experience like this?
