Desperate Vault Help

I am on the verge of hysteria. I tried to get into my vault using my thumbprint and it prompted me for my pin code which it sometimes does. I entered that and then I got prompted for my email and password and I got prompted that the password was incorrect so I changed it and I tried to enter my vault and it says that my vault is empty. Please somebody help!!!!!

What device and operating system version are you using? 

What password did you change. ID Safe, or your Norton Account password? If you changed the vault password, it will have deleted your old vault.

Can you still log into your vault from a PC at https://identitysafe.norton.com
