Norton ran an automatic full scan of my system yesterday. I have an external drive with a folder than contains an installer for LAN drivers that I keep with all of the drivers for my system in case I have to reinstall so that I do not have to huint for drivers in that situation. Norton falsely detects this file as a virus. It gives me NO other option than to delete it. If I click the close button on the window it asks me if I am sure I want to do nothing at this point. Every time I reboot it prompts me to delete this file even though I have now excluded this entire drive from scans. There is no option for an exclusion of this file, no option to submit it, nothing. This needs to change if I am to continue using this product.
