Le “Déverrouillage du coffre-fort sans mot de passe” sur mon PC n’est plus possible depuis un bon moment.
J’ai supprimé le téléphone puis remis le téléphone.
Pas de message d’erreur.
L’ID du téléphone correspond bien avec l’ID dans l’application PC.
A chaque ouverture de Google, un popup me demande de déverrouiller à partir du téléphone mais je suis obligé de saisir le mot de passe du coffre fort à chaque fois.
Les applications PC et téléphone sont à jour.

How did you delete your phone? From the Passwordless Unlock feature, or did you uninstall your Norton Password Manager app from the phone?
If you have deleted Norton Password Manager app from your phone, you need to set up the Passwordless Unlock feature again. When you reinstall the app on your phone it gets a different serial number for the install. It is this number that the Passwordless Unlock feature uses.
I would suggest uninstalling Norton Password Manager app from your phone. Then go to the Passwordless Unlock settings and delete that phone from the list of devices. Restart your phone and computer and then reinstall the app on your phone. Then go to the app Settings and look for “Enable Passwordless Vault Unlock from this device”. Tap that and then follow the instructions to set up Passwordless Unlock on your computer.
