I am again getting emails every single day now for 10 straight days stating that my sons phone has not reported any activity. Although, when you log into his phone or on the parent portal, you can see that there is web activity. I’m even getting the norton emails for weekly activity showing he has web activity. I have checked his phone and everything is showing as working correctly on his end. Can you please figure out why this is always happening. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this.
