Device is locked/apps are blocked but child can still access apps

Family norton app displayed "Your device has been locked by your parent." but child can access apps.

Apps are blocked but child can still access.

Above 2 locking features don't always works. Every time when I called for support, they asked me to reinstall Norton Family.

Kindly be noted that over the past few days we have received multiple tamper logs stating that permissions are disabled in your child's Android Device (Samsung SM-A125U1). You have been notified of the same as well.

Please ensure that all the required permissions are in place, as it is imperative for the Norton Family Supervision to work seamlessly. We would also recommend you to block the Settings App under App Supervision so as to prevent the child from tampering with permissions. Feel free to refer to this help document for assistance in this regard.
