I recently bought a Norton 360 (multi-user). Upon installing on my iMac, it told me to sign in to my Norton account and key in the name of the iMac I was using. I then found out that this iMac had been under an old name with the same product key. So I removed the old iMac's name from the list. The problem is that now the new name is still intact, but in my iMac, it says that the product key has been cancelled.
How can I get my Norton working again? Thank you!
