Hello, I use Norton Security for Mac for 3 devices. I had to uninstall and re-install the product from one device because it started to work with some problems since a few days ago. The new installation seems to work, and in my Devices page I found correctly 3 devices protected, but after few minutes on the desktop appears this warning: “This Mac has been removed from your Norton Account”. Back to Device page I found 2 device protected and in Subscriptions page I found 3 licensed used.
Tried a couple of time to uninstall and install again but nothing change… same scene.
Someone suggested to enable the checkbox "remote management" in Product Settings, I haven't this option, "Product Settings" shows me 4 options: "Silent Mode", "Error Management", Automatic Upgrades" and Norton Community Watch"
Please, what happens? My computer is protected or not?
