Device not showing up in Account of number of devices

I've tried numerous times to delete Norton 360 and reinstall it on my new Apple iPad. I worry my new iPad is not being backed up and not secure. My case number is #. Need a resolution!

Your concerns...

  • iPad not being backed up...There is no backup feature in the mobile versions of Norton 360 products
  • iPad not secure...In what kind of security are you looking for? 360 iOS provides information on device security as in the OS being up to date and whether or not you have set a passcode for the device. It also provides Safe Web feature to help protect you from shady/malicious web sites. There is no malware protection in Norton 360 on an IOS device. See this article from howtogeek . com for an explanation of why it is not necessary.

As for the device not showing up in your Account. If you are looking at the Devices page, that has been notorious for showing incorrect information. The correct information can always be found in your Account by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the page and clicking on Manage My Subscriptions. Then find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses and scroll through the list to find your device.
