I've tried numerous times to delete Norton 360 and reinstall it on my new Apple iPad. I worry my new iPad is not being backed up and not secure. My case number is #. Need a resolution!

As for the device not showing up in your Account. If you are looking at the Devices page, that has been notorious for showing incorrect information. The correct information can always be found in your Account by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the page and clicking on Manage My Subscriptions. Then find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses and scroll through the list to find your device.
