Norton Family Locked HTC Desire 626 out before 7PM, saying that there had been 24 hours of usage for the day. We had already restricted hours from midnight until 6AM and then from 10PM until midnight. The website is always showing high hours of usage when the phone isn't being used. This is a first however that it maxed the 24 hours in 19 hours. UNBELIEVABLE. The only way we can use the phone is to turn Time Supervision OFF. On the Desire it shows "NORTON FAMILY CLIENT 3.4.5.25." The time zone is set to GMT-5:00 (Eastern Standard Time). The Desire is running Android 5.1, HTC Sense version 7.0, Software number 1.24.502.5.
