Device Security Tab in protection report shows none of my devices collecting data (I only have one)

First the error 0x800700DF indicates a limitation that is set for devices that have the file system set at FAT32. It would be hard for me to understand how Windows 10 or 11 would be installed in that manner. Unless your devices has older EEMC storage that is limited. The other issue this error presents is the maximum system memory allocation is being exceeded. Again, modern Windows 11 devices come normally with at least 8 GB system memory. So if your hardware is older that can be the issue. In another instance this error can also signal there is malware that is hidden. Not knowing what your device hardware specs are that too cannot be answered. I would first run a system scan with Malwarebytes to rule out hidden infection.
