I am only shown 24 devices under my Device Security screen. This is despite having over 30 licenses already installed.
I am unable to turn on "Remote Management" on the devices which do not show under Device Security.
Does Device Security not show beyond 24 devices? Can I not monitor more than that?
Unless you upgraded your iOS the moment the new update was available, Norton would have noted that there was an update available. That would be the Device Security detection mentioned in the Protection Report.
Are all the devices PC's? Or a mix of PC and mobile or Mac devices?
For the devices where you cannot turn on Remote Management, is the setting just greyed out, or not there?
You seem to be noting issues on your iOS device and on PC's. As you posted in the iOS/Android forum board, we can try to deal with your iOS issue here. Please post your PC issues in the 360 for Windows forum board. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-360-windows
What message are you seeing so you "Can not secure device unless I update."?
I don't want the built-in features that come with update. Seems like there are short codes or some feature allowing multiple phones to share my # (2 IMEI #- physical/digit), etc. Features are not enabled in my settings but appear on my device (really strange). How do I remove unwanted SIM/IMEI, features, and secure device (factory reset has not removed the programming).
If this is an update to your iOS operating system, you cannot pick and choose features. It is all or nothing. If it is an update to something else, please clarify.
