Device Settings in Norton's Account

Issue abstract:
Incorrect Virus Program within ‘Device Settings’ in ‘My Devices’
Detailed description:
I have 2 computers - Windows 7 and 10.
I upgraded from Norton Antivirus to Norton 360 Plus and reinstalled on both computers.
All Good as far as virus protection, etc are concerned, however, in ‘My Devices’ within my Account viewing in Windows 7 it shows that my Win 7 computer is protected with the original Norton Antivirus and not Norton 360 - which shows correctly for my Win 10 Computer.
However again, when I look up ‘My Devices’ on my Win 10 computer it still shows the old Norton Antivirus program with ‘Windows 7 computer has an error’ and ‘Fix’. I click ‘Fix’ and it goes off and does something but does not change the virus setting on Win 7 computer and just re-displays ‘Fix’ - not fixing.
Product & version number:
Norton 360 Plus 25.5.10141
OS details:
Windows 7 SP 1
What is the error message you are seeing?
After I rebooted my computer and logged in on Win 7 again the error message is gone and now shows both computers as ‘Protected’ yet Windows 7 computer still shows it is being ‘protected’ by the original Norton Antivirus I had installed and not the replaced Norton 360 plus.
If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
No screenshots and it all may seem trivial, but it is very annoying and I am more concerned that there may be a mismatch (for want of a better word) withing Norton’s system and is my Windows 7 computer really being protected by Norton 360 standards ?
Please forgive to excessively worded descriptions.

The Devices page is notorious for being inaccurate.

In your 360 installation on the Win 7 system, go to Settings and on the General tab scroll down to the Remote Management setting and be sure that is turned on. Then restart the computer. This change may not show up immediately. Give it a day or so and then check.

Thanks Peter, I checked and Remote Management was already switched on. 360 is definitely operational on my Win 7 computer just the ‘notice’ is wrong.
I just hate when things don’t match correctly but I guess I’ll just have to live with it.
Thanks again for your reply.
