We have used Norton Family on multiple devices with our kids, but recently purchased an Asus memo tablet 172v to replace a busted device. The low end RCA tablet that they had were supported by Norton Family, but on the new device it says that Norton Family is not supported. Is this an oversight or a function of the processor in the 172v? I'm now digging for another product that provides the tools that Norton Family provides to manage this new device, pending your response.
