Diaganostic Report -Fix Now- Inoperable hardware device PS/2 Standard Keyboard Device is not present, not working, or does not have all of its drivers

The devices in the device manager are: HID-Compliant Mouse, and HID-Keyboard Device
Both devices have their updates and there are no yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager. All devices are working properly, and the system shows all things to be good in Device Manager and in Event Logs.
The only sign is in Norton 360 Diagnostic Report that says Fix Now, and when I click the Fix Now Icon it does not fix anything, it just gives me the report as I have indicated above in the first two items.
System: Windows 7 Professional on a HP Compaq Elite 8000 Convertable E8500 CMT Desktop Minitower Computer
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Symantec Product: Norton 360
Mouse and Keyboard: Products are from a Company called AST
Can you please advise me what to do to resolve the Diagnostic Report?
