Whilst I understand this subject has been asked before my problem appears to be different. I run a daily Scheduled Virus Scan and each day it throws up 4x "Error Did not have permission to repair". I do not know what the errors are or where they are located, or indeed, where to find them. However, if I run a Manual Virus Scan it says I have no problems. If it helps anyone who may be able to guide me on this problem I am currently unable to get my MacBook Pro to shut down via the normal command in the Apple Menu, I have to hold the on/off button down but this may just be a coincidence.
I would be grateful of any guidance on this one.
