Norton's special offers page offers Norton 360 4.0 for $60 USD and Norton Internet Security 2011 + Norton Utilities for $60 USD. So what is the difference between Norton 360 4.0 and Norton Internet Security 2011 + Norton Utilities? Do both deals offer the exact same features?

N360 lacks a few PC Tuneup features compared to Norton Utilities. You could look into http://us.norton.com/norton-utilities (click "Compare related products" on this page) . PC security and identity protection features which are missing in Norton Utilities are available in Norton Internet Security.
