Do all Norton users from all over the world connect to the same live update server location? Or are there various server locations to cater to different regions of the world?
I'm from Malaysia, and has been experiencing pulse update problems with Vista(posted in this community before). Just about more than an hour ago, I've got a rare occasion whereby both my Vista and XP PCs didn't receive a PU or no LU required for about 30mins each, happening at the same time. Programs running (besides NIS09 and other essential background services) were just Explorer (browsing data), Creative sound mixer, MSN, IE (constant browsing) and Open Office.
Was that a no-update-released-for-30mins rare occasion, or was it a update server connection issue from Malaysia's gateway to a particular server location?
