Difficulity booting from a cloned hard drive (Ghost 9) on a Dell Demention 9200

The drive copy went OK. What are the steps I need to complete after I clone the new drive?

 

I can't get Windows XP to boot up on the new drive even though the BIOS seems to be configured correctly.
