Difficulty getting help for a refund - different prices in differerent parts of your website!

I’ve just paid $100 for 1-year multi device licence, then found two cheaper offers. No help with chat support (it arrived 2 hours later after I’d gone out). So, I bought a 2-year licence for $120.99 would now like refund of original $100. Your online customer support had me going round in circles, your pricing of products is inconsistent. How can I get my refund please?

After you fill in the details you will be able to contact the customer support team. You did say you had contacted chat support. But from my previous experience it is much easier and quicker to talk to the customer support person. (IMO :))
