Difficulty in renewing

Good Day,

 

I’m trying to renew my Norton Internet Security but the POSTCODE field in the EMAIL & COSTUMER INFO is telling me that my postal code is invalid. I live in the Philippines, the renewal center redirects me to the Australian store. I’ve even tried N/A as the page suggests but still wont let me through. Anyone from Symantec, please help a guy out.
