How do I get rid of the notifications that my Norton will expire soon because I haven’t purchased a subscription? All my family members have Norton and I don’t need these notifications. They are confusing.
These notifications will start to appear if your current subscription is due to expire within about 30 days and you do not have automatic renewal enabled.
They should stop when you renew the subscription.
Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off these notifications. A Norton employee has pointed out…
We understand that some customers find the multiple reminders about upcoming subscription expirations frustrating. Norton treats these as essential service messages — our goal is to ensure no customer is caught off guard when their service ends.
I don’t plan to renew my subscription. Because it’s not profitable. I’ll buy a new Norton and activate the code. So these reminders really bother me and if I’ve paid money for Norton, I expect to be able to opt out of all kinds of annoying messages for a whole month.
