Disable "You are connected to a trusted network" popups

How do I disable these annoying pop-ups generated by my 2008 Norton Antivirus program. I am running Windows Vista. They only pop-up on one my two similar computers, so they must be supressable. Many thanks.

The easiest and best way would be upgrading to v2009. less pop ups and more security

it’s still in v2009

Hi shafran,

You can turn on the Silent Mode in NIS if you want to supress all the alerts. This is not just specific to the Trusted Networks notification alone. Here is how you can do it.

1. Click Settings> Miscellaneous Settings

2. Turn on Silent mode.

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks,
