disatisfied customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

i don't even know where to start.
i have been a loyal customer with Norton for the last three years.
i wanted to install my new product key on my laptop like three days ago,  but i was not be able to do that so i started asking for help as usual with Norton system support and someone from there gave me a phone number to direct call ans ask for help which i did right away.
so that person started monitoring my laptop and finally told me that there's a Trojan virus and that my network has been hacked.
i asked for help and told me that he have to pay for the service, since i believe on Norton sys support and had no choice on the table too, i accepted and told him to proceed.
finally after few hrs, he told me that everything is fine .

today, when i wanted to add a friend's email address since i have 5 pcs, i was not be able to sign in. the email address has been controlled and was not even active. it has saved email address wh is[Removed]


i called the same number and asked what happened and they told me that since my product key was not working they put a new one so they control it and every time i wanna add a friend, i have to give them  a call and the email address.

REALLLLLYYYYYYYYY?

that's not the service that i expect from big company like Norton.
u might say that they are not direct from Norton they are third party,
but that's what u know . what i know is i got their contact from the Norton system support from my account.

they said they will fix it but asked me my user account and the password . had no choice have it to them.

 i have been waiting ... nothing new.

i have attached all the detail information about my account and the people who i was getting help from.

i hope i will get a reply and a solution for my case to let me use my own account the way i want it with whom i want without permission since i paid for it. 

to tell u the truth m really disappointed and sad about it.
